Developer happiness is not a fluffy metric.

The friction developers feel on a daily basis directly shows up as slower features, more bugs, and higher turnover.

We focus on three levers: fast feedback loops (local dev + CI), clear ownership of domains, and tooling that removes repetitive, low-value work.

When these are in place, teams naturally move faster and make better decisions because the system itself is easier to reason about.
