If you're a non-technical founder, technical due diligence can feel like a black box.
But there are clear, concrete signals that tell you whether your product is on solid ground—or if you're about to pour money into a fragile foundation.
We typically evaluate four pillars: architecture, code quality, deployment pipeline, and operations. Each of these can be assessed with observable, non-hand-wavy questions and artifacts.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to understand risk: how expensive is change going to be over the next 12–24 months, and what needs to be shored up before you scale.
